Returns & Cancellations

All sales are final. We will replace defective or missing items if it is determined that Oui by Yoplait is responsible under the terms of the original order. Damaged items caused by third-party freight vendors is not covered.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange you must contact us within 7 days of receipt of order. Once we receive your information, we will promptly get the correct items shipped. If replacement is not feasible, we will refund all or part of purchase price.
